Go in with your phone in your hand as if you are timing it... IF they notice the phone, they will think you are a mystery shopper (especially with you ordering a big mac meal) and serve you in the time they are supposed to.
This has worked for me for months and months, ever since I registered on a mystery shopper site and found out this is how they evaluate mcdonalds
