Wait, you actually cannot understand the difference between VTE and VTS? With VTE people vote negatively, for who they want out, while with VTS they vote positively, for who they want to save. Can't you understand how different the results get?
Entertaining housemates, like Speidi, are the ones that are fan favourites, and get most love. However, they are also the one that get the most hate.
This means that while they'de be the most saved and survive eviction with VTS, they will be also the most voted with VTE, for simple reason that they are as hated as they are loved. And while they get evicted, boring housemates that do nothing, basically like the rest of Speidi's CBB housemates, will survive simply because they do nothing. That's because while they aren't loved, they aren't hated either, and as such they survive VTE's over entertaining housemates, while they'd be out in a VTS. Suzie BB7 is a pretty great example of that.
