Well Dan also was friendly with Gina despite Gina confessing total hate for Hazel.
I have friends who are friends of mine obviously but who no way get on with other friends I have.
So to socialise with them I have to see them on separate occasions.

I cannot make people like people they don't want to and I think Dan just accepts that although he will be there for Hazel he cannot expect others to do the same.
Sallie was also one of his first friends in the house too and he has always said he would socialise with her on the outside.

It doesn't surprise me he has already done so and I know he will with Hazel too when she comes out.
He will likely just try to keep Hazel,Sallie and Gina apart.
It's all just a bit of fun between friends as to Dan and Sallie and also Dan and Hazel too though.
