Hazel said "I don't like being who aren't motivated, and people who are only driven by money. All Gina cares about is money." So therefore, Hazel admitted that she didn't like Gina before Gina ever said a wrong word against her.

I also think a lot of Gina's feelings stem from the fact that Hazel is a homewrecker, and Gina detested the relationship she had with Daley because she doesn't agree with the morals of it.
