I really do understand what you're saying regarding the way in which she used it, but for me personally, I just think that's there is no acceptable context for a white person to use that word in conversation. Especially to a black person who she didn't even know that well. It wasn't acceptable, and I think C4 did the correct thing.
I do understand your point of view, but because of my views concerning the word used, I don't think C4 had a choice.
