That's definitely not true, at least from my POV Sophie. I have a lot of friends, most of whom are boys, but boys are very much against "opening up" and so you rarely end up with a best friend if you're a boy, just "the lads" whom you tell nothing to.

Popular Sluts
Popular Nice People
Normal People
Emo/ Goth group
Nerd group.

Im inbetween the Popular nice people and Normal.
But yer i hate the way the popular people get all the fit lads, but they usually are all man *****s and probably have aids or clamidia, so ill stick with the boys in my group lol. They arnt all that bad.
