A pretty new one we seem to hear all the time is " Im not going to lie" That one annoys me. I myself have a habit of saying "Do you know what I mean?" when people clearly do lol A friend of mine says "Im not been funny" all the time when its obvious their not being funny. Another one is "No offence" when there most definitely is offence to be taken.

I can't watch/listen to football players interviews because they are so predictable with the same phrases and words littered with 'ya know' every second word.
