Tell that to the chump who put flyers in my postbox. I live in a student halls building which is full of international students, it's pretty offensive.

Arent the UKIP proposing to get rid of uni fee's?

If so then I would say that was aimed at youngish people with no property or business...

But can't people see voting for UKIP whether you like them or not is necessary as we are stuck in a political rut with the main political parties in this country.

If UKIP get enough votes it may wake up the bigger parties to the fact that if they don't pull their fingers out and start listening to the GBP who vote them in to start with, they may find parties like UKIP getting more and more votes and coalition governments becoming more common.

I think for this reason people need to vote UKIP to give a jolt to the current political status quo.

Blimey how very vociferous Norfolk is, not seen a poster for any party in any window round where I live.

No sign of Ukip where I am in Norwich. I can't imagine them going down well here because it's all Greens and Labour everywhere. The chap from the Greens is the only one who's come to our house, tried to get rid of him by telling him I wasn't registered to vote but then he banged on about the voting registration process for ten minutes, how I would be eligible, where to go and vote etc. etc. Didn't have the heart to tell him I wasn't going to vote Green so I just stood there nodding politely and probably left him the impression they would definitely have my support

I think maybe it's because it's a staunch Tory stronghold where I live and they're mega-pissed off with the government. In the past they've turned to the LibDems as an alternative vote but they're pissed off with them too after the Coalition bumbling. UKIP has landed just at the right time for them. There was a UKIP public meeting in my local town last month and they couldn't get everyone in who wanted to attend. It's kind of scary.

The Tory Blue fades around the Uni doesn't it LOL... In fact Norwich South was Labour until relatively recently as you know, it was Charles Clarke's seat and I expect them to once again be the one patch of red in a sea of what used to be blue, but will now probably be quite purple.

Will be voting... probably lib dem since they're the only party with any chance down here other than the tories. If it's a weird system of voting (not sure if it's PR) then I might chuck one to the greens too.

I think I will vote Greens if I can.

They have a fab Party Election broadcast and make some sensible arguments, unlike that disgrace I had to endure tonight from BNP.

I didn't realise that actually, I've only been a student here while there's been local elections so never actually taken much notice of who holds the seat for Parliament, though that the Lib Dems now have Norwich South explains why it's always their newsletters which come through my bloody postbox

It's not really the students who decide the vote though that's just how it happens to be around that area, a tiny pocket of red and green in the midst of like Livia said the sea of blue

I'm well aware of what she said... What I meant was it's a shame they have to change their view.

That maps looks like the one produced following the 2013 County election... which is why there's so much UKIP. These two are the maps from the 2005 and 2010 General Election. I wonder what it'll look like in 2015?

Always? Regardless of any policies they introduce that don't sit well with you? I can't honestly say that I will always vote for a particular party regardless of their performance and their policies.

Sadly, I think UKIP are going to sweep the board, people are fed up with the same old same old.

I am a natural Labour voter, so yes I'm quite likely to normally vote for them.

UKIP aren't sweeping the board. Polls have them level with Labour. It's close.
