try sweet potato, brown rice and wholemeal bread... there are NO quick fixes and at 14 it's dangerous messing with your body chemistry, not knowing what weight /height you are atm it's impossible to say with good judgement that you losing a stone is good news tom
Regular moderate exercise will prob be enough to keep you healthy at your age.

I weighed myself today and I am now 11 stone 3 pounds. I have lost 3 stone over the last year. I didn't have a specific date where I decided to start losing weight but I know that when I got beaten up on 18/08/13 I wanted to make some changes in my life. Here's a comparison picture from February 2013 and May 2014. I reckon I've lost 19 kgs/3 stone.
