Well done Tom.... that's quite an achievement. Remember to be kind to yourself, you can't survive on no carbs so try low carbs and good carbs. You've done brilliantly so far, good for you x

try sweet potato, brown rice and wholemeal bread... there are NO quick fixes and at 14 it's dangerous messing with your body chemistry, not knowing what weight /height you are atm it's impossible to say with good judgement that you losing a stone is good news tom
Regular moderate exercise will prob be enough to keep you healthy at your age.

I weighed myself today and I am now 11 stone 3 pounds. I have lost 3 stone over the last year. I didn't have a specific date where I decided to start losing weight but I know that when I got beaten up on 18/08/13 I wanted to make some changes in my life. Here's a comparison picture from February 2013 and May 2014. I reckon I've lost 19 kgs/3 stone.
