I haven't any of those phobias but know others with some of them.
I went with heights because I have seen the terror of someone scared of heights when they are stuck somewhere.

Heights/falling.

My main phobia is vomiting though, it's horrendous.

I used to be severely scared of spiders though so I bought a tarantula, it cured me and now I'm fascinated by spiders. Love them

okay, but at the very worst, you get a spider bite and you need antibiotics. big difference than falling and going SPLAT. lol

seriously heights are the worst. i hate heights and i get vertigo. it's a legitimate fear, not an irrational fear like a little bug.
