Ah, so you "blame" Ashleigh the girl living at home with her family, who raises funds for charity and runs workshops*to help young women improve their*confidence - see I can read bios too, and I don't need to embellish.
For Helen you have huge backstory about why she's so aggressive, and why she picks on people. But it doesn't wash with you when another HM complains about the very behaviour you are making excuses for.
