I'm glad I grew up when I did; at the tail end of the pre-technology-driven era. I grew up on the internet but I had a childhood without it before it came along in a major way. I'm fascinated by the past but I wouldn't have liked to have lived at any time prior to the one I live in. We're very fortunate.
