So disappointed with his attitude towards older/disabled/both people, comparing Gary to a child who needs babysitting

James has also referred to him as a child before now too. How can they not recognise how much they can learn from Gary, and how much he has to offer? It's really sad to see how some automatically write off older/disabled people as similar to children who need looking after and have little to offer. George is extremely ignorant.
