Co-op do nice ones 10 for Ł3.something, gluten free, very nice, the gluten free ones have more meat because they fill regular ones up with rusk which contains wheat flour.

I haven't been diagnosed coeliac, i have an intolerance and find that wheat really upsets me as well as giving me brain fog/tiredness/nausea and in extreme cases confusion, so i get rid of the wheat and hey presto i'm human again!

Ah right thanks, I haven't either but my health has been really bad the last couple of years, had the test a couple of weeks ago but no antibodies.... might still give it a go
