Not really, i work in customer service but for a housing association. I think it'll be quite quiet today but you can never really tell. Some tenants may think we're closed for Christmas which could mean it'll he quiet but we don't close ever so we'll see.

Personally, I deal with issues they may have. Can really be for anything, and then I'll try my best to resolve it. Whether it's from repairs or to issues with the back garden area or problems with neighbours. I also take rent payments and can discuss rent accounts with tenants. We have separate sections for housing lists that i haven't heen trained on so can't speak to them about it but I do know some knowledge that I've heard just from working there for a year.

..(I guess) that you find it quite mixed and that you get a lot of pleasure and feeling good about helping to sort out some of the problems for some people but then maybe, sometimes do people get personal and a bit insulting with you...because they're so emotional and annoyed..?...and then going home feeling quite down..?...

It's stressful sometimes. There are people who don't really want to listen to you but you sort of understand that and realise why there frustrated. But I never take emotions home with me, there's no point.
