Personally, I deal with issues they may have. Can really be for anything, and then I'll try my best to resolve it. Whether it's from repairs or to issues with the back garden area or problems with neighbours. I also take rent payments and can discuss rent accounts with tenants. We have separate sections for housing lists that i haven't heen trained on so can't speak to them about it but I do know some knowledge that I've heard just from working there for a year.
