I say: Much as I don't admire Hopkins, I think she has very good social skills if and when she needs them. She's the perfect chameleon.

I say: Again I disagree, Hopkins is both articulate and persuasive in her language skills.

Deb said: It's easy to say you hate immigrants, muslims, gays, poor people and disabled people on Twitter, but it's not easy to justify those opinions when challenged. This is why she's been a bit cowardly in hiding those extremist opinions and playing the part of a bitter old ugly posh woman. Perhaps that's the real Hopkins?

I say: I agree. Its easy to be the dominant voice from behind the bullet screen but we are yet to see her own that dominant voice. Hopkins has some excellent defence mechanisms which allow her to avoid rationalization.

I also think Hopkins has got a huge amount of self control. She would of been great in the British army because she's a superb strategist but this is what (and this is my opinion) makes Hopkins a dangerous woman. Whilst she would make an excellent director, one could never consider her to be a safe friend.

She's ruthless and unfortunately you often have to be ruthless to get to the top. That doesn't make her a likeable person in my world but I don't have to like her, she doesn't care; it makes little difference to either of us
