But he gave us free will didn't he? it was up to us what we did with it,sadly some went the wrong way.

But hypothetically lets say "he" gave us free will, he still made people good and bad so obviously bad people will make bad choices

Not necessarily. It's that whole nature/nurture thing.

A lot of people can grow up to be either depending on the influences they have around them, the type of parents that bring them up.

You do have a point there, humans are selfish, jealous and greedy and we make mistakes.
Cancer and many other issues that are killing our children are man made.
There are cures out there we just haven't found them yet........OR, they have been found but the answers are being kept secret?

then why do religious people pray? if god just let's us create our own world based on our own decisions and he doesn't intervene, what is the point of praying?
