I said they are racist, not their policies. The head of UKIP in my area has been arrested a few times for drink-driving already (and it's in the newspaper) and also has been indentified to be an ex-member of the National Front. Kerry Smith's "chinky" comments - racist. Many members of UKIP have been expelled for racism.

I think there are deeply racist characters (and supporters) of UKIP. Farage needs to sort them out!

There are well ensconced racists in every political party - as well as crooks, swindlers, tax dodgers, even pedophiles, but it seems to me that Farage is the only leader who is purging his party to any visible degree.
