Meh. It was his own idea, so long as he hasn't actually hog-tied any of his classmates I think people are seriously over reacting. He's 11, not 5, and it's just a joke.
Of course he should have been banned from wearing it, though. It's World Book Day and calling 50 Shades a "book" is really quite questionable. The generally accepted term is "Word Vomit". Was it "Word Vomit Day"? No! So the costume was out of place. But the only steel cuffs that seem to be available to buy have those "safety catches" on them. What's the point of that? Why does it even have a key? A pointless charade. How do you get your hands on real cuffs? Where do you get yours, Livia? |
