this is why I cant look at facebook, i once looked at old Mrs LT and it was full of stuff like "You are the Universe, you are strong like an amazon, soar on an eagles wing" pictures and people saying "looking good hun" and the like

I almost poked out my eyes with a fork and vomited lava at the same time

I agree with the sentiment, but no need to be so nasty about it, that said I suppose you could look at the other side of the coin, this person rather than moaning about how annoying it is has done something about it, however to legitimise it they should have put their name to the letter, so yes just unfollow them, this is why I hate FB .... its full of saccharine sweetness or nastiness and very little inbetween.
