So I went for a root canal today which turned out to be more complicated than normal.. and I was there for over an hour.. and my face feels like some stabby **** is jumping up and down on it...

GURL i had root canal last year it's so ****ing painful

i ended up having the tooth extracted in the end anyway so it was all for nothing

those little needle things they ram into your tooth tho

I know... to add insult to injury.. the tip broke off, and there's still a piece of metal in my root... which is apparently not as uncommon as you may think!

I had one done a few years back and it ended up extracted also.. which was devastating..

But I have had 2 done which were absolutely fine.

This one, however, is hell on earth.

I've never had it (yet) thank god. Had one wisdom tooth removed though bc it was growing wonky :/

Yeah, I had one wisdom tooth removed. And, the other one is still there. I apparently only have 2. There are no wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth at all. I have the weirdest ****ing mouth in the world.

...awww, I really feel for you Lily.....toothache/tooth pain is one of the worst things ever, I think..it really does get you down with how uncomfortable it is...my OH has a dense jaw..apparently...and anaesthetics don't penetrate it for some reason so he has had some fairly grim dental treatments including a root canal filling without any pain numbing...obviously he didn't know that these things wouldn't work for him until he was actually having a treatment and a fairly grim way to find out, poor thing...and he could have stuff done at the hospital under general anaesthetic but his dense jaw is not a thing compared to his stubbornness and ...'I can do this/it'll be over in a second...'...silly guy...

I usually have to get the anaesthetic injected into the actual tooth. My face and tongue and nose and everything is numb, then they start to work and the feeling in the tooth is still there lol. They just jab the needle into the tooth and that does the trick. It's painful, but only for a few seconds.

Can't stand Aaron, Adjoa, Sarah, Harriet, Danny or the twins.

Jade is settling down a bit, so she might be okay. I didn't like her at first, but she could be okay given time. Cristian is quite inoffensive. I think he might be okay as time goes on. He's quiet at the moment.

I like Sarah Jade is a bit of an idiot but she could be an interesting HM I like Nick also, probably my second favourite. Not getting great vibes from The Twins or Harriet, don't like Danny or Aaron. And am a bit Meh about the rest. Oh actually I quite like Kieran, don't mind Eileen and Adjoa
