I haven't watched the video.. But I'd imagine.. If Marc was winding him up.. And being relentless with it like usual..? Then yeh probably. He'd look especially good if he'd lash out on objects instead of a person too, I wouldn't have the same levels of patience!

No. It's not okay to be aggressive obviously. It's also stupid to make the assumption that Danny was acting this way without a reason, considering Marc is the only person named in the article, it's only fair to assume they're both in the wrong until there's a video.

No, going by that article, Danny is the one in the wrong, it stated that they argued before this happened, but as it states, Danny is the one who got aggressive and threatening, so based on the article itself, Danny was one in the wrong.

I'd rather see the event first. Nobody gets aggressive without a cause, I'll weigh up both of their behaviours before I decide if Marc was a victim or if Danny overstepped the line.

I haven't made up my mind, you're just assuming I have, I've said that from the article it sounds that Danny is in the wrong, for being aggressive and using threatening language, that doesn't mean I haven't blamed it all on him, I'm not able to because I haven't seen it yet.

But saying that, whether Marc did something to wind him up or not, Danny would still be in the wrong for being aggressive and using threatening language, while threatening violence, because that's not right.

Nice to know that you don't respect people's opinions if they don't agree with you though.
