He thought he had no need to try to be liked as he thought his so called 'charm' and banter (which was mostly cruel and nasty) would have the majority of the public doting on him automatically for the 'entertainment' he was bringing. He was wrong and got shown the door = not socially smart. As I've said, he should have shown more of his nicer side to redress the balance.

There's a pattern forming here, get proven wrong and reply with your own thoughts and ideas on how he should have played the game.

I have no idea what you are talking about; I have remained consistent throughout this discussion of Mark's intelligence or lack of it in certain areas, whereas you consistently misunderstand what I say over and over again and go off on a different tack every time.
