..there is no 'fact' that he's guilty though Arista because no crime has even been established by the Sheriff's department...this is a law suit, not a criminal case...?...so I can't see that it will ever become a fact either unless the avocados admit that they drunk the water but I doubt that...so it'll just be lawyer V lawyer and whether the County Water Department win the case or not, which will only mean that they've won and nothing else/no 'fact'...he may have taken it..?...but it's definitely not a fact because nothing that they're accusing him of has been established...
