If it was beyond the normal expectations, I'd probably do something to thank them yes, maybe a bunch of flowers or something, I don't see the issue with it

People might just be doing a job, but that doesn't mean they should be immune from extra praise from the people they're dealing with.

simples and you dont lose money to supplement a business that you dont own
