Not all restaurants have a service charge included in the bill. I leave a tip of the waiter/waitress gets to keep it all and I always give a cash tip. I do it if their service has been great and they have looked after my needs for the night. It's not s high paid job and most people working in that industry do so for the extra little money from tips. I cannot stand people who do not tip after a good meal and service. It's so rude.
