I think to a certain extent, yes. I sort of see a lot of things as a business strategy I guess. Of course the person has to be caring and there has to be that deeper connection but if they're not ambitious in the first place, I don't see a reason to follow that connection, if that makes sense. I consider myself to be quite ambitious so I guess I wouldn't want to be with someone who wasn't as ambitious as I was? Also ambition doesn't necessarily mean great success to me, it means more having a passion and really devoting a lot of your energy to it. Hope that makes me look less bad here hahaha

haha, yeah I get what you're saying, I just think if there was no love or laughs then the person being ambitious (or on your level of ambition) would be irrelevant for me but I could deal with a person being less ambitious than me if our relationship was full of love and laughter, if you know what I mean?
