How do you detect if it's fake? The paramedic said she was fitting, I think he's more qualified to determine if someone is fitting than me.

you would have to be there in person, and do various response tests. Also there is NO WAY the hospital would release a 60 year old who has just suffered a fit, that early absolutely NO WAY. I THINK that in itself justifies her episode was faked.
