Regardless of if Eric committed a crime at that precise moment or not ( he didn't) when he was surrendering and saying he can't breathe they should have stopped at that point. If that little shiat Roof could get a trip to Burger King after mass murder than surely we also have the right to human rights.

trayvon martin was proven to have attacked george zimmerman first. did you not follow the trial?

as far as dylan roof, i agree he shouldn't have been treated well by the cops, but he did look really young. But i hope he gets the death penalty.
