The escalators were probably stacked with no flooring on either side so when she fell she went straight to the bottom rather than falling on the lower floor.

..this is the escalator I think..she must have fallen down from the forth floor through to the ground one...




..the DM reports her injuries as not being serious but the Huffington, Sky News and the Daily Express report that they are serious...
