Yeah i'm all for an Americans second amendment right to bear arms but only if some kind of psych plus IQ test is carried out in order to obtain a license.

Edit:This should be re-evaluated every 6-8 years too imo.

Dunno about the IQ test, most of the kids who go bat**** and decide to go on a rampage actually have fairly high IQs.

Yeah and I'd assume that this kind of occurrence is more common then the crazy lone shooter incidences
