Maybe,If anything could travel at light speed and survive.Even if they could though...
Our galaxy The Milky Way is a small one and it is 100,000 light years across.We may be the only life in it.Even at light speed we could'nt leave it.Our next nearest galaxy is 2.5 million light years away.We would have to send an intellegent space ship out with human embryos on which could nurture them to life when a suitable planet was found.By then though human life on earth may be long gone.
