I missed Kizzy's post sorry but posting pics of family members and following these people around calling them sub human seems to beat that for all we know they might be two 14 year olds

You realise that 'following their families around' was said just for effect. You're not usually so literal, Cherie. But as they run away once they've handed out their cards I'd say outing them online would be acceptable.
