But you are missing the point Kazanne. I am sure he does care about his father and mother very much; it's the fact that he used their death and illness to get at Gemma. He could just have told her he rarely cries, end of story, but he used his own parents to make a big impact and make her feel awful. He was using emotional blackmail on her for his own ends.
