Thanks rubymoo I do get out of the house, I walk the dogs every morning which ive done for about 20 years (its like groundhog day lol) I work cleaning houses in the afternoon a lot of the time theres nobody in so im bored, I do a few classes as well like kettlebells and zumba but there only an hour. Your welcome mizzy, i can't walk one of my dogs at the moment as he's had an operation on his leg (elbow dysplasia), my other dog just gets a little march round the field (she's not a good walker, she'd rather be free to do as she pleases!) My girls are at school and hubby at work, so i spend too much time on the computer being non productive, which i feel bad about - silly really! I should do an exercise class but i lose interest and end up quiting

There are some really interesting courses on wowcher, i might take one up myself, so thank you for getting me to look
