That was a strange thing to say given what she has been up to in there. Then she goes off and simulates a sex act with Jeremy. Dad hadn't made her stop and think in a kind way at all, he practically gave her the go ahead to carry on with those words.

..(shhhh but I think that she would have done that anyway and regardless of hat he had said...I don't think that his words had any bearing at all..)...and it was (I think) just a wording thing, all he was doing is rightly giving his support and knowing that nothing now at this late stage can be 'undone' in the house and probably nothing made worse either in terms of public opinions...no point in adding to it all for her/the public/her boyfriend etc....
