A few days ago we reported that despite having split up, Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis were recently in the same location.

Now, after fans and the tabloids have managed to get to the bottom of the situation, it appears that Jeremy flew out to Majorca, where Stephanie was, to profess his love for her.

Reports also suggested that he took a ring with him to show Steph how much he loves her. Whether you believe that or not is up to you, but we’re not sure about that. However, one thing is for sure – Jeremy has done a lot of groveling and the pair are now back together, according to The Sun newspaper.

Their relationship is becoming is becoming a complete mess, and whilst some may argue that their relationship status has nothing to do with anyone else, we think it has everything to do with everyone else when they’re choosing to do it in the public eye.

Do we need to know they’ve split up? No. Do we need to know they’ve got back together for the umpteenth time? No. Do we need to see that they mugged ITV producers off by cancelling a Loose Women appearance, only to get back together hours later? No. Do they choose to do that all over Snapchat, Twitter, and Instagram? Yes.

Why their relationship can’t be private is beyond us. Stephanie apparently wants her fans to be happy for her and to be happy with the decisions that she makes. Now, if she and Jeremy privately split up with one another and privately had a tiff, then it’d be a different story. Stephanie may have found that people would look at their sham of a relationship in a completely different light if they’d had a bit of privacy about it. However, when they’re both looking for attention on Snapchat and Instagram, it just becomes a bit awkward and cringeworthy.

You’re not telling me that Stephanie’s Snapchat video and Jeremy’s Snapchat photo weren’t coordinated? Of course they were – they wanted people to speculate they were in the same location and they were getting back together.

However, it looks like Stephanie is bored of her relationship being spoken about in the press, as she recently tweeted “Packed organised refreshed happy and good mind set! Here’s to the future! Sweet dreams all! Sorry if peeps are bored reading things in press”

Well Stephanie, try letting your work be in the media – the thing you’re supposed to be famous for – and leave your PR nightmare relationship out of it. Just because you’re semi-famous, it doesn’t mean you need make every single bit of your relationship public. There are some celebrities out there who, believe it or not, are a million times more famous than yourself and have a billion more eyes on them, yet they manage to keep their private life exactly that… private! Maybe your relationship would run a little smoother if you both stopped trying to create attention and speculation around it.
