I prefer Mental Megan personally, one of my favourite CBB/BB episodes ever.

Mental Megan. David is Dead is a bit more difficult to watch with the knowledge of Gest's untimely death.

David's Dead was one of the most brilliantly surreal episodes of BB ever (albeit much darker in retrospect).

Christopher Maloney's "David? DAVID?! NOOOO!!" was such an underrated moment

David is dead will remain one of the best reality tv moments of all time, I hadn't cried with laughter at something on the tv for so long before that moment, it will go down on an even playing field with 'would you like me, to be the cat?' as the most iconic CBB moment ever.

It's true but I'm not sure if it'll be used in clip shows year after year, because of David Gest's death. It's fine in my opinion, but yiu know what the PC Police are like.
