New very hard laws need to be brought in for dog owners.
Dogs are not a fashion accessory, which a lot of owners think they are, they're a responsibility. Also in my area I'm noticing dog mess making a comeback in a big way. New fines of a minimum £1000 should be brought in, they'd soon think twice about not cleaning it up then. |
