LT does make a valid point. What is a ghost. Is it something barely visible out the corner of ones eye, is it something fully formed that could be mistaken for a living being, is it an invisible voice, a whisper in the wind, some creaking of some wooden eaves in the roof. To have seen/heard a ghost, you would need to be able to verify it was a ghost and not something else, and part of that verification requires what a ghost is to be defined.
