I heard the same ,but she insists she is the real deal,I watch it out of habit but not avidly tbh,it went down hill quickly after Matt won I think,It's just a shame better acts go and she is still there,but some one must be voting for her I guess,she's probably a lovely lady,but imo,not XFactor material,she'de have been better on BGT.

This is why I prefer The Voice tbh but that's probably going to be ruined now ITV bought it

Yeah it really does, also I always felt with the Voice that the coaches were the ones choosing their own teams, i never feel that with X Factor, it feels like they're told who they should pick. And I love Will too
