It's not a competition of what's more offensive. what relevance does this 'flag' have to a discussion about a shop that apparently 'celebrates the British way of life?' Very little, I'm guessing unlike the Golliwog.

You should perhaps read posts more carefully, also try to read the original article so you understand the story better.
The only 'complaint' listed in the article is a very mild and reasonably presented point. Hardly the 'attacks' the shop owner is making them out to be.
I said that the bit about his shop being trashed was a blatant lie. The article offers proof of people 'complaining' (if you can call the example that). If the Golliwog thing is true then people would have reason to complain. I never doubted that he didn't have 'complaints,' It was the OTT comments he made about people trashing his shop and threatening to protest it that I didn't believe (unlike the example in the article, there's no proof whatsoever of his claims).
