I doubt Kim is phased by Nicola. She may have been checking herself and the fact Nicola told them both it was enough drama. She was losing the moral high ground by shouting Imo. Maybe took that on board? I sense those three would have struggled to gel waiting to make their entrance to hell. Maybe some drama festering from then and Kim lost it? I'm guessing here bu I doubt Nicola Mclean holds any sway over Kim. Her words as it escalated maybe struck a chord?

Hmm. Doesnt explain her ignoring chloes apologies before nicola stood up and got chloe to qpologise again..but you could be right.

Agree with you. That's what I meant too in terms of checking herself. She was coming across as unforgiving and losing the moral high ground. Nicola was well within her rights to shut it down. I don't think those 3 newbies gelled before entering. Maybe Jessica and Chloe but that all seemed like a festering feud to me.
