She's loud and aggressive to any housemate who's not in favour with the group so she has backup but when she falls out with a popular one (Spidey) she grovels quietly to get back in favour. She's a typical bully and I'm sure she's behaved that way since she was no doubt leader of some popular girl gang at school, picking on the less attractive ones...
