Here's a theory for you based on tinfoil-hat level evidence: I'm pretty sure Neda's sister (@Roya_Kalantar) is tweeting for her.

If you look at the style of their latest tweets, they have the exact same structure. Both Roya and Neda's recent tweets use a double period to break up the sentences. Here's an example:

If you look back at Roya's old tweets, she's constantly using double periods in her tweets, while Neda never does.
