That isnt what you did though? You didnt compare country to country, you compared white people to blacks and asians in a conversation about British history. Its still weird.

Simple, you generalised.
I read it differently to you.
Historically it was all ethnicities that raped and pillaged..as in war.
In the here and now the British are not at war and don't rape and pillage as an army, unfortunately it still does go on elsewhere.
Well that is the way I read it, once you get through the muddle.
As to rape and murder as a crime statistic in different countries it is up and down all over.

It's a little like the generalisation you make about British history, the harm we all did, lumping all the British people together as one when the majority of the population never made a penny from the Empire and a huge percentage of British people at the time of the British Empire were living in abject, grinding poverty.

I havent said a thing about British history in this thread and probably the rest of tibb im just asking why talking about the flaws of entire races was relevant to it. It still isnt. None of the above makes it relevant. It was just an opportunity to spout racial hatred as far as I can see.

She never said a thing about countries, she only mentioned ethnicities. I only ever wanted to know why, this defence ignores everything that happened in the only post I questioned, and actually you changed the context of that post, not "the Left that can't understand simple English".
