Not that it describes all of or even the majority of Gen Z either.
There are naive, gullible, group-thinking people in all generations. Millenials have a fair bit of it, yes, IMO mainly due to the influence of social media, but it's also rife in Boomers (current age range 53 - 71). The most free-thinking generations are of course GenX and "Xennial" (a crossover generation that encompasses elements of GenX and Millenial). The range that I fall into, obviously
