We genuinely had no problems at all until a year ago. Before that, both were fortnightly, on alternating weeks and it was all fine. The waste at the bottom of those bins is a full three weeks old by the time it's collected... it's rancid. The sludge at the bottom of freshly-emptied green bins smells like a ****ing sewer.

They're coming for you too Cherie, don't get complacent with your cushy collection service, they'll get you eventually!

I remember you saying your council tax stayed the same we had a 5.5 per cent increase and a a 50.00 levy to get the green waste collected every two weeks so that is why it's still going, there is no magic just pay more for the same service
